Appointments are always color-coded to the corresponding provider's calendar color. Appointment types can also be color-coded. This will provide practice users a way to quickly identify the types of appointments that are scheduled for any given day.
To add a color code your appointment types, please follow the steps below:
Log into Clinical
Click Settings > Appointment Types
Click +Add appointment type or "edit" on an existing appointment type
Toggle on "Select an appointment type color"
Chose the desired color for your appointment
Click Save
In the example below, you will notice the sports physical appointment is fuchsia, with a teal band on the left. The teal band is the color identifying the provider, and the fuchsia is the color identifying the appointment type.
