When in your calendar, if you click on an existing appointment, you will now be able to navigate directly to the patient chart. If you click "Go to chart" you will be taken directly to the patient's chart.
Log into Clinical
Click on the calendar, to the far left of your screen
Click on the existing appointment you wish to change
Update the needed information, and click "Save" to save the changes
You will also notice here that you are able to navigate directly to the patient's chart. While in the appointment, if you click "Go to chart" you will be taken directly to the corresponding patients chart.
