Patients can view and accept ePHI waivers in the patient portal.

When a patient logs in to the patient portal, they can navigate to their initials in the upper right corner of the page to select 'Agreements'

When the patient clicks agreements they will see the screen below which gives them the option to review the linked ePHI waiver and check the box to sign it electronically.

When they click the check box they can review the waiver and select 'no thanks' or 'accept'

After accepting the ePHI waiver, the date and time the waiver was accepted will appear on the screen

Acceptance will be reflected in the patient chart under 'Agreements' with a time stamp
