This data can be further broken down by plan, provider, location, employer or lead source. Membership growth and churn are two crucial factors in the health of your practice. This dashboard helps give you a visual and statistical summary of how your practice is doing.
To access this information, please navigate to Reports > Dashboard > Show me "Terminations" > Broken out by "Cancellation Reason", as seen in the example below:
For a patient-level breakdown, you should use the patient export by navigating to the Patients tab > filtering as needed.
