The Lead Source Reporting within your dashboard provides your practice with a visual indication of where your patients are signing up from. You can see this data within your Hint Dashboard by navigating to Reports > Dashboard > Show me "Enrollments" broken out by "Lead Source", as shown in the example below:

This report can be further broken down by location, plan, provider, sponsor and engagement status. If you need additional patient data, please navigate to Patients > filter as needed > Export to CSV and ensure Lead Source is selected:
