To move a consumer patient to an employer group:
Navigate to the patient's chart in Hint
Terminate any active consumer membership
Navigate to the 'Patient' tab of the patient's profile
Scroll down to the 'Sponsorships' section and click 'Add Sponsorship'
Search for and select the employer from the dropdown menu to make the patient eligible with the employer
To enroll the patient, click on the blue employer link on the patient's profile or navigate to the employer's account.
Next to the patient's name, click 'Manage' and select 'Enroll'. Choose the date to start the employee's sponsored membership.
