If you have duplicate patient charts in your Hint account, you can merge the chart by following the steps below. **Please note that the patient must be inactive that you're merging into another chart.
Navigate to the inactive patient chart
Click 'edit patient'
Click 'merge'
Select which fields you would like to keep on the winning chart
Click 'merge' at the bottom
For a clinical patient record:
Navigate to the patient chart you want to make inactive" and copy and paste the information from this chart, into the active patient chart (Note: We recommend that you make the patient with less information to merge, the inactive patient).
Once the information from the patient chart is pasted in the active patient chart, you will complete the merge.
Click 'edit patient'
Click 'merge'
Select which fields you would like to keep on the winning chart
Click 'merge' at the bottom
