You can download a report of your patient's demographics, membership status, and payment source details. Here's how:
Navigate to your patient list
Apply filters to export a subset of your patient population: 'All Patients', 'All Companies', 'All Plans', 'All Locations', and 'All Providers'. Do not apply filters to export all patients.
Click the cloud icon with the down arrow to export your patient list to CSV
From the next screen you can select which fields to export by checking the box next to the field
You can save these settings for future exports by clicking 'Save Selection'
When you've selected all of the desired data fields, click 'Export' to download report into CSV
