Practice users who have notifications enabled will receive a daily summary of terminations. The email will provide the patient ID and the termination reason (if available) and will segment patients by sponsor or retail.

This notification can alert you to employer sponsored members who are no longer eligible through their employer. This is a great opportunity to reach out and try to convert them to a retail membership.
