How to Generate a Patient Face Sheet

  1. Navigate to the Patient chart in Clinical.

  2. To the right of the Patient's Name, click on the three vertical dots.

  3. Click on 'Face Sheet'.

  4. From here, you can select what options to include on your face sheet.

  5. Click 'Generate', which will generate a preview of the face sheet.

  6. Click 'Download PDF' to download the face sheet.
