Follow the steps below to call patients from the practice phone number via your cell phone.

1. In Hint Clinical, navigate to the chart of the patient that you would like to call

2. Find the patient's phone number directly under their name:

3. Click on the patient’s phone number to initiate an outgoing phone call

4. You will receive a call at the phone number that is associated with your username in Hint Clinical; answer the call

4. Once you answer, you will hear: “To connect your call with {Patient Name}, Press 1.”

5. Press 1 to connect your call to the patient; the patient will see the practice phone number on their caller ID

6. The call will be logged in the patient’s chart in Hint Clinical
