How to Print an In-House Prescription Label

Learn how to configure your prescription labels for print and scale to fit on one page

  1. After a prescription is written it will appear as an 'Interaction' on the patient's chart

  2. Click into the 'Rx Interaction' to view the details and make updates, if needed

  3. Click on 'Print Prescription' to open your printer settings

  4. Select your printer from the dropdown

  5. Click 'More Settings'

  6. Under 'Scale' select 'Custom'

  7. It may take some trial and error to figure out what the correct scale is for your printer. 94 is a good place to start. Watch the preview on the left to confirm when all information is on one page

  8. Click 'Print'
