A practice must order labs that are uploaded to their Hint Charge Items. To ensure the correct labs are ordered:
In Hint Clinical, select a patient.
Once in the patient profile, click + Interaction.
Click on "Lab".
In the search box, type in your contracted lab test.
To ensure you have the correct contracted lab, type your Vendor Name into the vendor search bar below.
Note: If you select a lab that is not on your contracted list/compendium that is uploaded in Hint, your lab order will be unsuccessful.
