You can mark text messages as unread by following these steps:
In Clinical: In the 'Communications' section click 'Split Screen View'
Click on the text message that you want to mark as 'Unread'
At the bottom of the message click the 3 dots '...' > then click 'Select Messages'
Then click the check box for every message you want to mark as 'Unread'
Add in the patient's name to link it, then click 'Mark as Unread'
Now this text message will show as an unread text message in your 'Communications' section. See examples below:
