Hint provides the capability to transfer a payment source to another patient while allowing the payer to either keep the payment source or have it removed.
To Move a Payment Option to Another Patient:
Log into app.hint.com
Navigate to the patient's chart (the patient who has the payment source)
Click on Payment Options
Click on 'Other Actions' > Move All Payment Methods to Another Patient
Select the New Owner of the payment method
Select whether to remove or keep the payment method on the current patient
Once confirmed, you can navigate to the other patient's chart and see that the payment method has been moved.
