Users can email a patient directly from the Patient Chart. To email a patient:
Navigate to one.hint.com.
Search the patient's name in the search bar.
Once in the patient chart, click '+ Interaction' > Email
From here, you can input:
Subject line
Email body
Select files (upload from your computer)
Select files from the cloud
The email to the patient will be sent from the practice email. The respondent will be the email located in the patient's chart.

Note:
If the patient responds to the provider/user email sent from the chart (by clicking the reply button), it comes back into the chart.
If the patient sends a new email (that is not a reply) it does not come back into the chart.
