Engagement Tracking allows you to identify engaged patients based on their recent charge activity. Engagement Tracking is designed to empower your practice by:
Enabling seamless reporting to employer sponsors on their engaged employee population
Providing practices with the ability to monitor and identify members with low engagement to conduct more targeted and effective patient management
The feature set also allows you to set a practice-wide engagement threshold
Engagement threshold = a practice setting that allows you to define the timeframe (in months) for when a patient should be marked as Engaged
For example, you can set 6 months and we will look for charges with service dates within the last 6 months to determine if the patient should appear as engaged
