If you would like to view which notifications a patient has received and when, follow these directions:
Click on the patients name
Click on their 'Notifications Tab'
The 'Patient opened notification at' shows when the notification was first opened. 'Patient clicked notification at' shows when the patient clicked on a link that was contained in the email.
If an email has bounced that will be reflected here as well.
