Adding & Editing Users (Hint Core Accounts Only)

This article is only for Hint Core accounts that do not have Hint Clinical enabled. If you are a Hint Clinical customer, please click here to go to the support article relating to adding users in Hint Clinical.



Adding A New User

Follow these steps to invite a new user into your Hint account:

  1. Click 'Admin' (the gear icon)

  2. From the Admin menu, select 'Account'

  3. Click the 'Users' tab

  4. Click the '+Add' button in the top right corner

  5. Enter the email address of the new user and select which permission level you would like the user to have.

  6. Click 'Save'

An email invitation will be sent to the new user. They will click the link embedded in the email to create a password and gain access to Hint.

Changing A User's Role

These instructions are only for Hint Core accounts that do not have Hint Clinical enabled. If you are a Clinical customer, please reach out to Hint's support team to update user settings on the Core side of the platform.

Admin users can change the role of any users in their Hint account by following the steps below. Descriptions of the different user roles can be found here.

  1. Click on 'Admin'

  2. From the Admin menu, select 'Account'

  3. Click on the 'Users' tab

  4. Click 'Edit' to the right of the user's name and select from the roles listed below

  5. Click 'Save'
