Please note that you can always manually schedule exceptions to these hours but your clinic hours should reflect when you want patients to be able to self-book appointments.
To create a new location, please follow the steps below:
Log in to Hint
Go to Admin > Providers and Patients > Locations
Click + New Location
Add the information and save
To update your practice hours and to allow patients to self-schedule at this location, please follow the steps below:
Log in to Hint
Go to Admin > Calendar Locations
Click edit on the location
If you will be posting booking links to your website or sending patient booking links to schedule an appointment, ensure you have enabled the setting for "allow appointments to be booked at this location"
Update your practice's hours of operation by selecting the days your clinic is open
Click save
Verify that clinician-specific availability is accurately configured by navigating to Settings > Team and updating the Calendar & Availability section for each clinician.
