Appointments are always color-coded to the corresponding provider's calendar color. Appointment types can also be color-coded. This will provide practice users a way to quickly identify the types of appointments scheduled for any given day.
To add a color code to your appointment types, please follow the steps below:
Log in to Hint
Click Admin > Appointment Types
Click +Add appointment type or "edit" on an existing appointment type
Toggle on "Select an appointment type color"
Choose the desired color for your appointment
Click Save
In the example below, you will notice the sports physical appointment is fuchsia, with a teal band on the left. The teal band identifies the provider, and the fuchsia identifies the appointment type.
