Locating Employer Health Plan Information for Hint Connect Members

How to reference health plan, referral and reimbursement information for Hint Connect sponsored members

Hint Connect is enhancing member support by providing health plan details directly within each employer client’s members' patient chart. This will allow you and your staff to easily access all necessary member information within Hint, streamlining workflow and ensuring seamless care coordination.

Follow these steps to locate a Hint Connect member’s membership details:

  1. Start in the “Patients” tab

  2. Select the Patient

  3. Go to their patient tab and scroll down to the “Memberships” section

  4. Click the “See Membership Details” button to view their coverage plans. For more information on coverage plans, review here.

  5. Click the embedded PDF for additional health plan information

  6. If you have any questions about their coverage or information referenced in the health plan, please email hintconnect@hint.com and we’ll assist you from there.
