Appointment Notifications

Your practice can choose which appointment notifications are sent to patients and practice users. To set or update your current appointment notifications, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into Clinical

  2. Click Settings > Appointment Types

  3. Click "edit" on the intended appointment type

  4. Chose the desired notifications for patients and practice users

  5. Click Save

Note: The default settings will have all notifications turned on, for both patients and users.
