Customize Employer/Sponsor notifications

If you work with a TPA or Admin who manages multiple Hint sponsors, it might be helpful to add the Employer or Sponsor name to your notifications so the recipient can see at a glance which sponsor the email applies to.

Follow these steps to add the sponsor name to automated notifications:

  1. Navigate to Admin>Notifications

  2. Click 'Employers'

  3. Click 'Customize' under the notification

  4. Add {{company.name}} to reference sponsor name within the message

For example, the following liquid syntax:

You have an invoice for {{amount_in_cents | in_dollars}} from {{practice.name}} for sponsor {{company.name}}

Will read as:

You have an invoice for $500 from MyDPC Practice for sponsor Bob's Bakery.
