Ordering a Card Reader

How do I order a card reader and how much does it cost?

Card readers allow you to quickly and accurately capture payments from your patients. While it's not necessary to have a card reader to process payments in Hint, you may wish to use one in your office.

To order devices, please email support@hint.com. Each order request should be sent as a separate email and must include only one ship-to location.

Please include the following information:

  1. The types and quantities of devices requested.

  2. The ship-to name and address.

  3. The shipping option requested.

A full list of available devices, shipping options, and prices can be found at the bottom of this article.

Example 1

If you are requesting to card reader to be sent to two different locations, this would require two separate requests.

Hi there! I would like to place an order for the following:

1. 1 Ingenico Link/2500 Cloud EMV device
2. Ship to: Skywalker Enterprises c/o Luke Skywalker, 123 Jedi Way, FarAway, CA 12345
3. Fedex Ground

1. 1 Ingenico Link/2500 Cloud EMV device

Example 2

If you are ordering multiple card readers to ship to a single location, this would be a single request.

Hi there! I'd like to place an order for the following:

1. 50 Ingenico Link/2500 Cloud EMV Devices
2. Ship to: Hutt Industries, 789 Jabba Ave, Tatooine, CA 12345
3. Fedex Next Day Air

Devices

Device names link to manufacturer specification sites.
