To start processing payments in Hint, and before you can take advantage of Credit Card Fee Pass-Through, you will need to complete your Hint Payments profile. You will be asked for your account’s contact info, tax ID, bank details, and ownership info (including SSN).
Navigate to Admin>Account>Payment Processing
Complete the form with the requested information. This will take 5-10 minutes.
Once submitted, it will take up to 2 business days for us to review and approve your account. If additional information is needed, we will contact you via email.
We will send you an email once you are fully approved. Only after you’re approved can you accept payment sources and process payment.
