Adding Clinicians in Hint Clinical

How to add Full-time and Part-time Clinician team members in Hint Clinical

In Hint Clinical > Settings > Team: The Team page allows Admin users to add, edit, and remove users from your practice.

  1. To add a new Clinician (Full-time or Part-time):

    1. Click the "+ New User" button in the upper right corner

      1. Add the provider's information, and select a 'Care Provider Status':

        1. Full time Provider (Sees patients 3 or more days a week)

        2. Part-time Provider (Sees patients less than 3 days a week)

      2. Assign them to the EMR role: 'Provider'

      3. Select Prescriber type

    2. Fill in additional information that is required for Prescribers

    3. If the new clinician added is not already included in the current pricing, a Sales Change Order will appear and must be accepted to move forward.

      If the new clinician added is included in current pricing, you will see an 'invite sent' message.

    4. With the clinician added as a "Full-time provider" or "Part-Time Provider" in Clinical, a new Core provider record was also created for them.
      ​

    5. The new clinician will receive an email invitation that they will need to accept'.
      ​
