Patient Perspective: Add or update payment source in Patient Portal

Patients can remove, update, or add their payment source within their patient portal from the 'Payment Sources' tab.

  1. Access your patient portal.

  2. Click on the profile icon in the top right corner.

  3. Select 'Payment Sources'

  4. Click Add payment method to add a new payment source, or select edit or remove to update existing payment sources.

*Note that patients can only remove a payment source if there is more than one payment source on file.
