If you are experiencing unwanted phone calls to your Hint phone number, you can block those callers as needed. Currently, this applies specifically to incoming calls to your practice. Incoming fax events and SMS messages cannot be blocked at this time.
To block a caller from calling your practice phone:
Navigate to the inbox icon on the left side of the page, and then select Phone Calls
Click the phone number you wish to block, and select 'Block number'.
If you accidentally blocked the wrong number, you can click the 'undo' button to unblock that number.
Another way to add numbers to your blocked call list:
Navigate to Settings > Practice Info > Manage Blocked Phone Numbers.
Click 'Add Blocked Phone Number' > Then enter the phone number that you wish to block > then select 'Block'.
You will now see that number added to your list of blocked phone numbers.
To review the list of callers you have blocked or to unblock a caller:
Please navigate to Admin > Phone Calls > Manage Blocked Phone Numbers. From here you can see the list of all the phone numbers you have blocked from calling your practice.
If you want to unblock a number, click the red trash can icon next to the number you wish to unblock, then select 'unblock'.
