Here is the patient chart:

There are two ways to navigate to a chart:

  1. Click the patient icon on the left side of the page, and then click the patient.

  2. Use the search bar at the top of the page to search and click a patient name

Customize the layout of the patient chart

  1. Log in to Hint

  2. Navigate to any patient clinical chart

  3. Click and hold the 6 dots next to the section you wish to move

  4. Drag and drop where you want the section to appear

  5. Use the arrows in the lower right corner of each section to resize them

  6. Click Save at the bottom of the page to save the layout
