Overview

All-in-One AI Platform for Clinicians
Ultralight offers an intuitive EHR and administrative workspace tailored to clinicians practicing functional and longevity medicine. It includes automated intake, clinical charting, lab integrations, scheduling, e‑prescribing, and secure patient communications—all enhanced by Ultralight’s AI Clinical Co‑Pilot.

Automated Membership & Billing Sync
Patient and billing data from Hint (e.g., sign-ups, renewals, invoices) flows into Ultralight automatically, reducing manual work and ensuring consistent records between platforms. This unified data stream supports both day‑to‑day operations and employer reporting.

Patient Creation in Ultralight

If a patient is created in Ultralight (i.e., self-scheduling) and doesn't already exist in Hint, a patient will be created in Hint.

With Hint Health as the source of truth for patients and their patient profile, the following patient data is synchronized to ensure smooth operations:

  5. Quick Link to Hint – A deep link in Ultralight Practice links directly to the patient’s Hint account.

    How to Set Up the Integration

    1. Sign Up for Ultralight Practice – Ensure your practice has an active Ultralight account.

    2. Activate in Hint Health: Once enabled, navigate to Admin > Integrations > Other Integrations > Ultralight in your Hint Health account.

    3. On the integration page, click on “Integrate with Ultralight”

    4. Copy the authorization code

    5. Open Ultralight Practice and navigate to: Settings → Integrations → Connect to Hint Health → enter code → Submit.

    6. Confirm Data Sync – Verify that patient demographics appear correctly in Ultralight's EMR.

    How It Works

    1. Enable Connection
      Ultralight and Hint share secure, automated data flows—relevant patient and financial records are shared without additional manual entry.

    2. AI-Powered Workflow
      Ultralight’s Clinical Co-Pilot automatically summarizes charts, suggests documentation, pre-populates labs/medications, and streamlines visit notes and follow‑up tasks.

    3. Patient App Experience
      Members use Ultralight’s app to view labs, communicate with providers, complete care plans, and receive proactive updates—all linked to their practice’s clinical workflows.
