Report Overview

The Membership Revenue Forecast Report displays both projected (expected) and billed (actual) membership revenue for the current and upcoming year.

  • Projected Revenue – Based on each membership’s billing period, amount, and next bill date.

    • Example:

      • A membership billed $1,000 annually with a next bill date in October will display $0 for every month until October, where it will show $1,000.

      • A membership billed $50 quarterly starting in January will display $50 in January, April, July, and October, and $0 in other months.

  • Billed Revenue – Reflects actual revenue charged for memberships, excluding canceled invoices.

Revenue is displayed as projected until it is charged when it appears as billed revenue.
