The Hint patient Health Summary is designed to help clinicians get oriented faster and focus on what matters most.
Key Medical Information, Up Front:
We’ve restructured the Health Summary to prioritize active medical issues (diagnoses, medications, allergies), making it easier to see the most critical information up front and to provide better orientation to the patient’s current status at a glance.
We've moved static/historical patient data (vaccines, family history, social history, general info, files) to a new secondary tab for reference on demand.
New Filters Remove Clutter:
Quickly toggle between active and resolved issues, or active and discontinued meds, so you no longer have to mentally sift through outdated information. Everything is still accessible, just organized so you can focus on what’s current without losing access to the full history.
Depth on Demand:
The new layout shows essential information first, with the option to expand for additional contexts or details, supporting both quick reviews and in-depth dives.
Pin Enhancements:
Users can now pin active or discontinued medications to make it easier to keep important treatments top of mind.
Users can edit items directly from the pinned section so they don't have to navigate to the individual sections to make changes to these items.
