Configure After-Hours Phone Routing

After-hours phone routing allows users to set specific hours when they want to send calls directly to voicemail for their practice.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Phone Numbers. Select the phone number you wish to configure after-hours routing, and click Edit.

  2. Toggle After Hours Routing to "on"

  3. Select your time zone

  4. Add your desired hours

  5. To record your after-hours phone voicemail, select "record greeting" as shown below.

  6. Click Save

To record your after-hours phone voicemail, select "record greeting" as shown below.

A box will appear at the top of your screen to click "start recording greeting."

Record your greeting and select "done."

Your greeting is now available to play or remove. Click "save" at the bottom of the screen to save your greeting.

To configure your after-hours phone routing:

  1. Select your time zone.

  2. Select the time and day you wish for your phone to go to voicemail. You can set start times and end times or select "full day". By selecting a start time and an end time that carrys to the next day, you will see (next day) shown.

  3. To add additional time periods, select "add another time period."

  4. Click "save" once you have configured your availability.

**Note: if you toggle after-hours routing off, your selected availability will disappear and will need to be reconfigured.
