AI Analyze in Hint Clinical is an AI tool inside the patient chart that reviews clinical documentation (especially visit notes) and helps turn what’s written there into structured, useful chart updates.
What it does (in the patient chart / visit note workflow):
Suggests relevant diagnosis info based on the note content (including surfacing ICD-10 codes from the visit note text).
Generates diagnosis summaries and lets the clinician update the patient’s Health Summary “with a single click,” using the latest visit information plus existing diagnosis details already in the chart.
