1. From the patient landing page, select Manage Patient Pharmacies to view and update the patient’s default and preferred pharmacies.
2. Choose from your list of preferred pharmacies, or search by name, address, or phone number. Our database includes 99% of pharmacies across the U.S.!
3. To refine your results, click on the filter icon to access additional filter options.
4. To set or change the default pharmacy, select a pharmacy from the search results and click Update Default Pharmacy.
This selection will automatically apply to future prescriptions, but you can still choose a different pharmacy each time you send a prescription, if needed.
5. You can easily manage a patient’s preferred pharmacies by adding or removing them as needed:
Click Add Patient Preferred to have the pharmacy appear in the patient’s preferred pharmacies list.
Click Remove as Patient Preferred to ensure the pharmacy no longer appears in the patient’s preferred pharmacies list.
