Ordering a Supply Prescription in Dose Spot

To begin, click the Add a Prescription button on the patient landing page.

Enter the name of the Supply in the search bar and choose the desired item from the search results list.

Fill in the Supply's prescription information. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk (*).

If your desired Supply is not available in the results, click the Create Custom Supply option.

You will be prompted to enter the prescription details for the Custom Supply and confirm that the item is not a controlled substance.
