Package Sales Report

View all patient packages across your practice in a single report with filters and CSV export.

About the Package Sales Report

The Package Sales Report provides a comprehensive view of all purchased patient packages in your practice. Use this report to quickly identify which patients have active packages and track package utilization without reviewing individual patient charts.

Access the Package Sales Report

  1. Navigate to Reports in the main menu

  2. Click Package Sales

Understanding the Report

The report displays one row for each patient-package combination, showing current status and remaining items. This layout allows you to see multiple packages per patient if they have purchased different package types.

Column Explanations

Each row contains the following information:

  • Patient: The patient's name

  • Package: The name of the purchased package

  • Status: Active (package is currently available for use) or Ended (package has expired or been fully used)

  • Purchase Date: The date the patient purchased the package and links to the packages section on the patient page

  • Utilization: Status showing Fully consumed, Partially consumed, or Unused

  • Items Remaining: The number of services or items left in the package

  • Purchased Channel: Provider (added in the provider portal) or Self-Buy (purchased in patient portal shopping)

Filter the Report

  1. Select your desired purchase date range using the date picker

  2. Choose a status filter (Active, Ended, or All)

  3. Select a specific package from the package dropdown, or leave blank to view all packages

  4. Click Apply Filters

Export Package Data

  1. Apply any desired filters to narrow your results

  2. Click Export CSV

The CSV export includes all visible columns plus additional reconciliation fields:

  • Purchase amount

  • Revenue recognition

  • Category
