Follow the steps below to call any number from your practice phone number via your established forwarding to the user's phone number. Ensure call/sms is forwarding first, following the steps here!
1. Navigate to the Contacts icon on the left side of the page
2. Click Dial Pad
3. Enter the phone number to call
4. Click the green "Call from [number]" button
5. The call is now initiated, and the forwarding to the user's phone number will receive the forwarded call to answer and speak with the recipient.
Note: The "Call Options" button allows you to switch the caller number if you desire to call the recipient from another phone number in your Hint Clinical account.
