Orchestra One Integration

Orchestra One's Integration with Hint will automatically create and synchronize patient demographic information between the two systems.

You can access this integration by emailing us at support@hint.com

What Information is synced with Orchestra One?

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Gender

  • Email

  • Address

  • Phone

If a patient's membership is unpaid, there will be a red X in the membership column for them in O1.

If a patient's membership is paid, there will be a green check mark in the membership column for them in O1

If a patient is inactive there will be a grayed out check mark in the membership column for them in O1.

How does the Integration Work?


Patients created in Orchestra One will have a record created for them in Hint and vis versa. Any edits to patients in either system will update the other system.

How to turn on the Integration


Once the integration has been made visible for you, go to Marketplace --> Integrations --> Orchestra One Scheduler.


​Click 'Integrate with Orchestra One Scheduler' button. You will be directed to Orchestra One's site where you can login in to your Orchestra One account or create a new account if you do not already have one. Once you have logged into Orchestra One the integration will be live and all patients in Hint will push over to Orchestra One.
