Set a Contract Length

If your membership plans expire after a fixed period, you can configure this contract length on the membership plan. You can also configure whether the membership plan should automatically terminate or renew and what renewal/termination email should be sent to your patients.

To configure contract lengths:

  1. Click on 'Admin' in the bottom right menu

  2. Click on 'Membership Options'

  3. Click 'view/edit' on the membership plan you would like to add a contract period to

  4. Scroll down to the 'Advanced Pricing Rules' section

  5. Toggle on 'contract expiration' under the Contact Period

To customize the text on the renewal email:

  1. Click on 'Admin' in the upper right menu bar

  2. Click on 'Notifications'

  3. Click on 'Membership'

  4. Click 'Customize' below the 'Membership Contract Auto Renewing'
