Creating a Membership Plan

Follow these steps to create a new membership plan:

  1. Click Admin > Membership Options

  2. On the Membership Options page, go to the Plans tab and click +New Plan

  3. Enter a name for your new plan, then choose whether to copy details from an existing plan or select None to start from scratch

  4. Click Create New Plan to open the plan editor

  5. Configure your plan details — name and description, registration fee, invoice details, and whether patients can purchase the plan online (and how often)

  6. Click Save to finish. Your new plan will now appear on the Plans page alongside your existing plans



*To set the default plan to be used on the online signup form select 'Set as Default'
