The Hint platform gives you the power to customize which emails get sent to members of your practice as well as the manner in which they are sent (content, greetings, domain, etc.). This article will walk you through configuring those settings.
The Notifications Menu
All the settings you need for customizing your notification settings are located under the Notifications menu (Admin > Notifications). Settings that are specific to individual emails are sorted by the recipient. For example, the "Patient Notifications" tab contains all the settings for emails that are sent to patients; the "Practice Notifications" tab contains all the settings for emails that are sent to members of your practice.
Use the toggles on the far right of the screen to turn a notification on and off. A small subset of notifications can not be disabled.
