Converting a Self-Pay Member to an Employer-Sponsored Membership

To move a consumer patient to an employer group:

  1. Navigate to the patient's record in Hint

  2. Terminate any active retail membership.

  3. Navigate to the 'Patient' tab of the patient's record

  4. Scroll down to the 'Sponsorships' section and click 'Add Sponsorship'

  5. Search for and select the employer from the dropdown menu to make the patient eligible with the employer

  6. To enroll the patient, navigate to the 'Employees' tab of the employer's account.

  7. Next to the patient's name, click 'Manage' and select 'Enroll'. Choose the date to start the employee's sponsored membership.
