By default, Hint will require all patients to add a payment source before they can submit the online enrollment form. To make payment source collection optional or disabled from online signup:
Click Admin > Online Signup
In the 'Collect Payment Source' section, select 'Optional' or 'No' to disable collection. Note that selecting "No" will also disable the "Send Request For Payment Info" from patient charts.
