To deactivate and archive a company:
Navigate to the company in Hint
Click on the company's 'Account & Pricing' tab
Scroll down to the very bottom and click on the 'Deactivate' button
Deactivating an employer ends all memberships under that employer. The employees' term date will align with the last issued invoice (e.g. if the employer has an invoice issued for January, whether or not it is paid, all memberships will be terminated effective February 1st).
Once the company is deactivated, you should see an 'Archive' button where the 'Deactivate' button used to be
Note: You will be able to record or process payments and refunds even after a company has been deactivated.
To view archived companies:
Navigate to the employer section
Next to the search box click where it says 'All Companies'
Select 'Archived'
To unarchive a company:
Navigate to your archived companies following the directions above
Click on the company's name
Click on the 'Account Information' tab
Scroll down to the very bottom and select 'Unarchive'
Once that has been done, right above that you should see the option to 'Reactivate'
