To add an extra layer of security to your account, you can require users to enter a one-time authentication code in addition to their password when logging in. Enabling this on your users page will require all the users in your Hint account to enable two-factor authentication in order to access Hint.
How to enable two-factor authentication for all users in your Hint account:
Navigate to 'Admin -> 'Account'.
Click the 'Users' tab.
The 'Security' section at the top will ask you to to enable MFA by clicking on the blue 'here' link, which will bring you to a new Google Authenticator page.

6. After setting up your Authenticator app, click the + button within the app and scan the barcode on your computer screen to add Hint to your Authenticator account.
7. Enter the 6 digit code from your phone under the barcode on your screen:
8. Once your authentication is complete, you will be able to require multi-factor authentication for all users by enabling the "Require multi-factor authentication (MFA)" setting from the 'Users' page:
After MFA has been enabled, users will be required to follow steps 5-7 above to set up their MFA the next time they log into Hint:
Users will also receive a recovery code after entering their 6-digit code for the first time:
Please note that the admin user who initially enabled the MFA requirement for all users will not receive a recovery code. A recovery code is only provided to users when setting up their MFA via the login page. However, a recovery code is not explicitly needed; another admin user can reset any other user's MFA by following the steps in the following support article: How to Reset MFA For a User.
