See which members enrolled or unenrolled each month on affiliate invoices

Now you can quickly see which patients terminated or enrolled in each of your affiliate practices each month. This makes it easy to plan outreach to terminated employees, set up first appointments with newly enrolled patients, and keep an eye on large volume enrollment changes.

You can find this update on any employer invoice or network invoice. 

  1. Go to the 'Network' tab
  2. Click into the 'Manage Affiliates' section
  3. Click on the affiliate you want to review
  4. Click on the monthly invoice to view the changes
  5. In the 'Summary' section, click on 'See All Changes'
