Resetting Your Password

If you cannot log in to Hint because you have forgotten your password:

1. On the Sign-In page, Enter your email address and click "continue"

2. Click "Forgot password?"

3. Click "Remind me"

We will email you a link to reset it. Please make sure you have entered your email correctly so the reset link gets sent to the right place. The reset link will be valid only for 15 minutes from the time it was sent. Ensure you click the link promptly and complete the password reset process within this time frame.

If you did not receive a password reset email, here are some troubleshoot steps to take:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder to see if the password reset email was sent to this folder

  2. Ask your account administrator to confirm the email address being used for your login (e.g. work versus personal email address)
