If you would like to get paid electronically from the networks you participate with, you will need to set up a Hint Payments account in order to receive payments from the network. This only needs to be done once. If you're already using Hint to manage your DPC business, then you have already taken this step and no action is required.
To configure your Hint Payments account, follow these steps:
Navigate to Admin>Account>Payment Processing
Complete the form with the requested information. This will take 5-10 minutes. You will be asked for your account’s contact info, tax ID, bank details, and ownership info (including SSN).
Once submitted, it will take up to 2 business days for us to review and approve your account. If additional information is needed, we will contact you via email.
We will send you an email once you are fully approved. Only after you’re approved can you accept payment sources and process payment.
